Monte Broeckelman, CPA Managing Shareholder
Monte is the managing shareholder of Broeckelman & Associates, P.C. Monte purchased Muxfeldt Associates, CPA, P.C. in December 2017. He graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS where he received his BA degree in Accounting. He became a CPA in 1996 and is licensed in Iowa and Kansas. Monte has over 20 years of public accounting and auditing experience as well as 10 years of the 30 years in the private sector serving as a Chief Financial Officer for two major farm cooperatives in Kansas. He is a member of the Iowa Society of CPA’s, Kansas Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Matthew D. Andersen, Staff Accountant
Matt has joined our firm as a staff accountant. Matt has over 12 years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in income tax preparation and auditing.
Kimberly Powley, Staff Accountant
Kim has joined our firm as a staff accountant. Kim has over 6 years of experience in public accounting with and emphasis in income tax preparation and client writeup.
Christie Griffin, Staff Accountant
Christie has over 5 years of accounting experience with an emphasis in payroll preparation, payroll tax reporting, client write-up and Quickbooks.
Nancy Jacobs, Staff Accountant
Nancy has over 15 years of accounting experience with an emphasis in payroll preparation & payroll tax reporting and client write-up.
Barbara A. Buhman, Administrative Assistant (Semi Retired)
Barb is the administrative assistant for Broeckelman & Associates, P.C.. She has over 30 years experience in public accounting, with an emphasis in payroll preparation and client write-up. As of January 2017, Barb has semi retired.
Gina Broeckelman, Office Manager
Gina has over 25 years of experience running a professional office. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the business.
